Since beginning his career as a Project Manager and Estimator, he has championed a unified office-field culture, driven innovation and fostered collaboration across all aspects of the business.

As President, Greg leads 91´«Ã½â€™s Executive Team and oversees all aspects of company operations, from strategic planning and fiscal management to client relations, safety and cultural alignment.

Greg earned his bachelor of science degree in construction management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

David Thomack

David is a 40-year veteran of the construction industry who joined 91´«Ã½ in 2005 and now serves as President of Western Operations. David has led successful transformational projects for project owners across the country—including CPMC/Sutter Health, San Francisco Airport, the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Sacred Heart/St. Mary’s Health System. His construction background includes commercial, public sector, healthcare, aviation, and science and technology industries.

David’s experience with operational excellence, strategic visioning, process implementation and Integrated Lean Project Delivery^® has made him a leader in creating and managing successful, collaborative teams in the construction industry.

Skilled in project acquisition strategies, contract negotiation, CRM and pipeline management, and KPI-driven accountability systems, Mark combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable results.

His ability to create repeatable processes and foster strong client relationships positions him as a strong asset for 91´«Ã½ in Chicagoland and beyond. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University.

In addition, he identifies partnerships with owners and trade partners to drive value, oversees preconstruction services and ensures project teams are set up for success.

Dale leads the team with extensive experience in multi-billion-dollar mission-critical projects, supporting growing data and technological needs, as well as more than 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He brings expertise in leadership, market trends, delivery models and high-stakes projects. His role is instrumental in advancing innovative, reliable and client-focused solutions in the mission-critical space.

Sam Kampo

Sam, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), leads the accounting and financial functions at 91´«Ã½. He ensures adherence to accounting principles, practices and procedures, providing insightful analysis to support the company’s financial goals and maintain transparency. His responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and a matrix of financial and accounting professionals across the entire organization. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting, finance and economics as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Most recently, Kerry served as the Director of Employer Business Development for a top-ranked healthcare management services firm.

Mark Nolta

Mark has nearly 40 years of varied experience in estimating, structural engineering, design coordination and construction administration. HeÌýfacilitatesÌýexcellence in estimating and preconstruction services across 91´«Ã½â€™s operations including management of a core team that supports all 91´«Ã½ locations. Mark works with project teams to prepare deliverables and set projects up for success including all aspects of construction costs, material availability, document and constructability review, subcontractor scope and experience evaluation, construction schedules andÌýlogistics. He also oversees implementation of all technology used during preconstruction, especially virtual design & construction.

Marco Salomone

He has more than a decade of business development experience, including a strong background in site selection, workforce strategy and government relations. His work with domestic and international industrial firms gives him a unique, holistic perspective on growth in the construction industry.

Marco holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public administration and policy from Michigan State University and maintains a deep network in the region’s industrial development community.

Brian Charlton serves as Director of Business Development for the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area where he leads strategic growth initiatives, strengthens client partnerships and supports business development efforts throughout the market.

Prior to joining 91´«Ã½, Brian served as Program Manager for a national provider of fire and life safety system services.ÌýHe has nearly 20 years of experience in business development, market expansion and client relationship management.

Brian earned a bachelor of arts degree in business management from Hope College.

For 25+ years, Linda has been involved in many facets of automotive manufacturing, providing a deep understanding of clients’ needs. From metal stamping and the body shop to powertrain operations, Linda knows the ins and outs of an automotive plant. Her inquisitive nature and passion for research, coupled with her training and experience in Lean manufacturing, gives her an in-road to the new automotive technology space, where she is building new relationships in an ever-expanding market.

Brian brings more than 30 years of mechanical engineering experience across commercial, industrial, educational and institutional markets to his role at 91´«Ã½. His extensive knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system design is complemented by practical field expertise. Since joining 91´«Ã½ in 2013, Brian has risen to the position of Executive Director of Engineering, leading the internal engineering group. In this role, he leverages his expertise to oversee engineering projects, drive initiatives, coordinate efforts and implement innovative solutions.

He leads talent development for field leadership teams, oversees Self-Perform operations and partners closely with Construction Operations, Human Resources and Safety leadership to align training, best practices and operational standards companywide.
