As President and Chief Executive Officer, Dave sets corporate direction and provides leadership to all entities of The 91´«Ã½ Group.

Dave has worked the last 20 years to develop, implement and integrate Lean concepts for project delivery, as well as innovative contracting strategies such as 91´«Ã½â€™s Integrated Lean Project Delivery® approach. With more than 35 years of construction experience, Dave brings deep knowledge across market sectors, from healthcare to heavy industrial.

Holly Lifke

Chief Human Resources Officer & Executive Vice President
The 91´«Ã½ Group

As Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President, Holly leads our human resources strategy. She oversees talent management, succession planning, performance management, process development and improvement, training and development, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, and labor relations.

She also plays a critical role as a member of the Strategic Planning Team, helping to shape the future of human resources to align with all organizational strategies, ensuring The 91´«Ã½ Group achieves and promotes a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.

Stacy Griffin

Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Vice President
The 91´«Ã½ Group

Stacy leads business development and marketing initiatives, focusing on client development, brand strategy and positioning. She oversees strategies, communication and creative marketing efforts to drive innovation and adapt to an ever-changing landscape.

Stacy has held business development and marketing positions at leading professional service firms in the built environment for more than three decades. She has a pulse on the current construction market and knows how to strategically use data and other insights to build strong relationships and drive growth in 91´«Ã½â€™s key market segments.

Jeff Shipley

Executive Vice President of Operations

JeffÌýoverseesÌýconstruction operations acrossÌý91´«Ã½â€™sÌýfamily of companies,Ìýbringing a hands-on approach to leadership, disciplined project controls, Lean constructionÌýexpertiseÌýand a passion for people and safety.ÌýHis role is integral toÌýcreating a unified framework for consistent, high-quality delivery across all entities, ensuring scalability and reliability with an unwavering focus on the fundamentals.ÌýÌý

Previously, JeffÌýserved as the Chief Operating Officer forÌýTheÌý91´«Ã½ÌýCompanyÌýafter leading itsÌýSan Francisco, Sacramento,ÌýOklahoma CityÌýand Detroit offices. He hasÌý25Ìýyears of industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction science from the University of Oklahoma.ÌýÌý

Jake Ruatti

Chief Financial Officer

Jake leads all of The 91´«Ã½ Group’s accounting and financial functions across 91´«Ã½ and all its entities. He has introduced more sophisticated financial reporting and benchmarking, embraced innovative technology and instilled more sophisticated practices in 91´«Ã½â€™s forecasting. His financial practices and leadership have positioned the organization for future growth. He also manages the Audit Committee, adds oversight for tax and treasury and is a trustee of the retirement plans.

Liz Larner

Chief Legal Officer
The 91´«Ã½ Group

As Chief Legal Officer, Liz leads The 91´«Ã½ Group on all corporate legal matters, including corporate structure, ethics programs, insurance and governance, the 91´«Ã½ ESOP, mergers and acquisitions, risk training, mentoring and licensing.

Liz has a wide range of legal counsel experience, with expertise in M&A and corporate transactions, construction law, employment law and union negotiations. Liz is passionate about and skilled at implementing practical, business-minded risk mitigation strategies.

Will Lichtig

Chief Innovation Officer & Executive Vice President
The 91´«Ã½ Group

Will is a nationally recognized leader in the Lean and integrated project delivery methods. He has been at the forefront in developing our Integrated Lean Project Delivery^® (ILPD) process. He leads by example with his drive for innovation and commitment to continual improvement, Lean processes and problem solving.

Will works with teams across The 91´«Ã½ Group to develop and implement Lean processes for target value design, Lean production planning and control, built-in quality, Lean problem-solving and other innovative approaches to project delivery. He shares his experience and Lean project delivery knowledge to coach 91´«Ã½ project leaders on the skills required to implement these innovative methods.

Doug Dulin

Vice President of Strategy

Doug is responsible for shaping and advancing processes that influence The 91´«Ã½ Group’s short- and long-term strategy. HeÌýprovides oversight for our Operational Excellence program as well as the continued development of theÌý91´«Ã½ Business System, which includes our Management, Operating and People Systems. A multi-talented leader with an exemplary track record in both manufacturing and healthcare industries, Doug enables all 91´«Ã½ entities to deliver consistent, high-quality projects with drastically reduced time and material waste over industry standards.

Emily Haupt

Vice President of Human Resources

Klas Berghede

Vice President of Production & Innovation

Klas is a leader in industrialized construction, Integrated Lean Project Delivery^®Ìýand prefabrication/modular construction. Throughout his 15+-year career at The 91´«Ã½ Group, Klas has helped lead the development of our innovative prefabrication manufacturing capability, pushing 91´«Ã½ to the forefront of the industry in prefabrication and modular construction. He works closely with 91´«Ã½ clients and project teams to help develop prefabrication plans that align with clients’ needs, implementing solutions in the field and overseeing the prefabrication production.

Nathan Johnson

General Counsel
The 91´«Ã½ Group

As General Counsel, Nathan serves as a strong legal professional and partner for The 91´«Ã½ Group’s executive leaders. He has primary responsibility for legal mattersÌýpertaining toÌýthe organization’s operations including oversight and support of 91´«Ã½â€™s project and commercial contracts, joint ventures, projectÌýclaimsÌýand litigation matters.Ìý

Additionally, he provides strategic support for various company initiatives related to 91´«Ã½â€™s risk management function and other corporate strategic initiatives.Ìý
